Name, age, phone number, preferred service, and the selected slot are required. Email is optional but recommended for confirmations once SMTP is activated.

What payment methods are available?+

The booking flow supports Cash at Clinic, UPI on clinic number, and a Razorpay-ready card/debit/credit path.

Do I get a booking reference?+

Yes. Every confirmed appointment generates a booking reference and calendar convenience links.

Can I book for a second opinion?+

Yes. The route selector on the booking page specifically supports second-opinion or report-review visits.

Are Sundays open?+

No. Sundays and Indian gazetted holidays are kept unavailable in the booking logic.

Can the clinic call me back before I book?+

Yes. The contact page includes a callback request pathway for patients who want a guided call first.
