Refund policy

Full refund if the booked service is unavailable or the clinic reschedules the appointment to another slot or another day.

Reschedule and cancellation

Patients can contact the clinic directly for scheduling assistance. A stronger self-service manage-booking layer can be activated once the live email, payment, and calendar systems are fully enabled.
