Monday to Saturday, 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM. Sundays and notified holidays are closed.

Hospital arrival guidance is shared in booking confirmations, acknowledgement messages, and through the NAVSO AI Concierge or Patient Support Centre when required.
Can I get help with rescheduling, cancellation, or records?
Yes. Use the Patient Support Centre for callback requests, rescheduling, cancellation support, records coordination, and arrival help.
Can I request help over WhatsApp?
Both numbers generally support WhatsApp, subject to availability.
